Clark Pacific seeks a Graphic Manager to lead design from concept to execution across digital, print, and field assets, ensuring consistent brand communications and delivering visually compelling solutions that support growth. The role also owns the website experience, including page design, content updates, and UX improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 5+ years in brand or design studios, a strong digital portfolio, and advanced proficiency

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a brand, agency, or design studio environment.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and visual storytelling required.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the visual design process from concept to execution across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Provide design direction and hands–on expertise to ensure visual consistency, creative excellence, and brand alignment.
• Develop design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines to maintain visual standards across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, engineering, and executive teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage and evolve the company website, including page design, content updates, and user experience improvements.
• Communicate design decisions and creative direction clearly to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to the growth of the organization by promoting a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
