Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a proposal and marketing professional to join our creative, collaborative, and high-energy team in Chicago. This onsite role focuses on supporting pursuit teams with innovative proposals, presentations, and materials to help Clark win projects.

You will lead multi-project proposals, organize teams, write and edit content, and ensure compliant documents while upholding Clark’s brand standards in InDesign and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex proposal efforts.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency using InDesign for professional documents.
• Proficiency using PowerPoint for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive multiple high-value proposals and assist with related tasks.
• Organize proposal teams and foster collaboration with operations staff.
• Develop and execute RFQ/RFP responses, including writing and visual communication.
• Write and edit compelling proposal content that responds to questions.
• Maintain ownership of compliant proposal documents.
• Create and edit presentation materials for team interviews.
