Clark Construction Group is seeking an energetic Communications Coordinator to join our Communications Department. You will develop impactful written, visual, and multimedia content for employees, clients, and stakeholders, while ensuring brand standards and engaging across multiple platforms.

The role requires strong writing and design skills, project management, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in communications or marketing
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong English grammar

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content (news, press releases)
• Develop corporate marketing materials (presentations, brochures, ads)
• Prepare internal announcements and newsletters
• Create and submit award entries
• Produce content for Clark's print magazine Superstructure
• Manage digital channels (website, intranet, social media)
• Maintain brand standards in visuals, writing, and tone
• Organize company events and RSVP materials
• Support intranet content and collaborate with departments
• Assist with department operations (vendor processing, payments)
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
