Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a construction scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate CPM schedules used by field teams, subcontractors, and leadership. You will build baselines, update progress, flag risks early, and explain schedule impacts with recovery plans.

You will own the critical path, produce look-aheads, analyze delays, coordinate with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and vendors, and ensure schedules reflect committed dates and achievable production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction scheduling on active projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 calendars, filters, and schedules.
• Experience with DCMA 14-point USACE or similar quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build baseline CPM schedules from drawings, specs, estimates, and sequences.
• Maintain live schedule with progress data and weekly look-aheads.
• Own the critical path and explain end-date movements and recovery plans.
• Produce three-week look-aheads aligned with the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule impacts from RFIs, change orders, design late-outs, weather, and labor shortages.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, estimators, procurement, design, owners/CMs, and subcontractors.
• Resource-load and, where required, cost-load the schedule.
• Prepare narratives, variance reports, and executive summaries.
• Visit the site regularly to validate schedule accuracy.
