Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Cleveland is seeking a full-time, on-site Paralegal to support a Business & Corporate Law team handling transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and ongoing corporate filings.

You will prepare contracts, closing documents, coordinate closings, maintain corporate records, oversee DocuSign workflows and closing binders, and communicate with clients and attorneys throughout transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business, corporate, or transactional attorneys.
• Involvement with mergers, acquisitions, formations, or corporate filings.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic document systems.
• Experience with DocuSign and legal document management platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise contracts, closing documents, and client correspondence
• Coordinate transaction closings, including tracking signatures and managing timelines
• Maintain corporate records and entity documentation
• Oversee DocuSign workflows, closing binders, and organizational charts
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties throughout transactions
• Manage attorney calendars, time entry, and general administrative tasks
