Job summary

John Paul is seeking an onsite Corporate Concierge in North Dallas who blends personalized concierge services with marketing, communications, and employee engagement. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, crafting engaging communications, and promoting programs, events, and merchandise to employees.

You will collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, research local experiences, assist with event planning, and create newsletters, flyers, and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, concierge, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized concierge services and recommendations to employees.
• Develop and distribute employee-facing communications about programs and events.
• Create newsletters, brochures, flyers, and digital content with a consistent brand voice.
• Coordinate vendor partnerships for events and experiential offerings.
• Support marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives across channels.
