Usherwood Office Technology is seeking a Copier Technician to provide onsite support for copiers and printers, focusing on Canon, Xerox, and HP equipment. You will troubleshoot, install, configure and maintain devices in client locations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong problem-solving and client service skills.
• Basic understanding of computers and networking.
• Xerox certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Must lift up to 60 pounds.
• Eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of copiers and printers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage time and customer expectations within a territory.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Meet and maintain company benchmark performance.
• Engage in ongoing product training.
• Install or upgrade equipment at client sites (lift up to 60 lbs).
• Configure hardware and software after installation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Test equipment to troubleshoot issues.
• Document installations and repairs.
• Maintain tools and equipment used during service calls.
• Teach customers how to use the equipment.
• Manage stock of replacement parts and equipment.
