Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong problem solving and client service skills.
• Basic understanding of computers and networking.
• Xerox certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Must lift up to 60 pounds at a time.
• Eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair copiers and printers.
• Build productive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage time and customer expectations within a territory.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Aim for and maintain company performance benchmarks.
• Engage in ongoing product training.
• Install or upgrade equipment at field locations (lift up to 60 lbs).
• Configure hardware and software after installation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Test equipment to troubleshoot issues.
• Document installations and repairs.
• Maintain tools and equipment used on service calls.
• Teach customers how to use the equipment.
• Manage stock of replacement parts and equipment.
