Position Summary
Snelling Staffing is seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Onsite Coordinator to support one of our largest manufacturing clients in Mesquite, TX. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact during the shift, overseeing a contingent workforce of up to 200+ employees while ensuring exceptional customer service, employee engagement, attendance management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the onsite staffing program.
- Supervise and support a workforce of 200+ temporary employees.
- Ensure all employees are checked in, assigned appropriately, and compliant with client policies.
- Monitor attendance, tardiness, call-offs, and employee performance.
- Conduct coaching conversations and document employee issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the ATS and client systems.
- Complete daily administrative reports, headcount updates, and workforce metrics.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure staffing levels meet production demands.
- Assist with orientations, onboarding, badge distribution, and new hire paperwork.
- Respond promptly to employee concerns while providing outstanding customer service.
- Partner with client supervisors and management to resolve staffing issues quickly.
- Conduct floor walks to maintain visibility and build relationships with employees and client leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
- Assist with employee investigations, incident reporting, and documentation as needed.
- Participate in workforce planning and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or workforce management experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
$50,000 per year
