Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead on conveyor and material handling systems on 100% onsite projects across multiple locations. You will supervise field crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure installation quality per specifications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field leadership in industrial installations and proficiency with Procore, CRM, and construction software. This role requires full onsite work and significant travel as projects evolve.

Qualifications

3+ years of construction leadership on conveyor or material handling projects.
Experience leading field crews, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
Experience with project tracking and reporting software.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations for conveyor and material handling equipment installation projects.
Supervise construction crews, tradespeople, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Coordinate project schedules, manpower requirements, subcontractor activities, and material deliveries.
Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, layouts, specifications, and installation documents.
Monitor installation quality and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and identify potential installation conflicts or project risks.
Track project progress and maintain accurate daily reports, field documentation, and installation records.
Utilize project management and reporting tools such as Procore, CRM platforms, and other construction software.
Coordinate equipment orders, material procurement, and onsite logistics.
Assist with invoice review and approval processes.
Support equipment startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Promote and enforce all site safety policies and procedures.
Resolve field-related issues involving equipment, materials, labor, drawings, and installation requirements.
