Job summary

Innova Solutions in Columbus, OH seeks a Construction Site Manager to lead conveyor and material handling installations. You will direct field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and coordinate schedules and procurement on a 12-month contract-to-hire.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction leadership, strong reading drawings skills, and experience with Procore or similar CRM tools. This onsite role requires full-time presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction leadership experience in roles such as Foreman or Site Manager.
• Strong background in conveyor or material handling systems.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors on active sites.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints and technical docs.
• Experience with project tracking and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for conveyor and material handling installations.
• Supervise crews, tradespeople, and subcontractors onsite.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, procurement and logistics.
• Read drawings and ensure installation per specifications.
• Monitor quality and safety; document progress and issues.
• Support startup, testing, commissioning, and invoicing processes.
