Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction leadership experience on active sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Experience using project tracking, construction management, CRM, or reporting software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for conveyor and material handling equipment installation projects.
• Supervise construction crews, tradespeople, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractor activities, and material deliveries.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, layouts, specifications, and installation documents.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure work meets requirements.
• Track project progress and maintain daily reports and installation records.
• Promote and enforce all site safety policies.
