Innova Solutions is hiring a Construction Site Manager for conveyor and material handling systems in Denver. The role is full-time, contract to hire, and onsite.

You will lead field operations, supervise crews, coordinate schedules and equipment orders, and ensure installation quality and safety on active sites. Proficiency with Procore and CRM/reporting tools is preferred; OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership on construction sites overseeing installation projects.
Experience with conveyor or material handling systems preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, crews, and schedules.
Familiarity with project tracking and reporting software.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations for conveyor and material handling installation projects.
Supervise crews, tradespeople, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Coordinate schedules, manpower, subcontractor activities, and deliveries.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, layouts, and specs.
Maintain daily reports and installation records; ensure quality and safety.
