Job summary

Brock Solutions Inc. seeks an Onsite Controls Commissioning Engineer to lead startup, testing, and commissioning of automated manufacturing systems at customer facilities across North America.

You will work closely with project teams and plant personnel to bring systems online and optimize operation. The role requires hands-on engineering on the plant floor, direct customer interaction, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite installation support, startup, testing and commissioning of automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, networking, and industrial communication systems.
• Validate controls sequences, safety systems and production functionality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while minimizing production impacts.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Travel to customer locations across North America to support major project launches.
