Job summary
Brock Solutions Inc. seeks an Onsite Controls Commissioning Engineer to lead startup, testing, and commissioning of automated manufacturing systems at customer facilities across North America.
You will work closely with project teams and plant personnel to bring systems online and optimize operation. The role requires hands-on engineering on the plant floor, direct customer interaction, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve performance and reliability.

We are seeking motivated engineers who enjoy solving technical challenges and working directly with equipment in demanding manufacturing environments.
- A background inElectrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation, or Industrial Engineering(college or university level).
- Exceptionalproblem-solvingand communication skills.
- A passion for learning andadapting to new technologies.
- Experience programming PLCs (Ladder Logic)
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Familiarity with Rockwell or Siemens PLCs
- Familiarity with Robotics (Fanuc, Kuka)
- Familiarity withHMIs(e.g., Factory Talk View, WinCC).
- Understanding ofIT/Networkingand database applications.
- Thrives in team environments while working independently when needed.
- Enjoys being where the action happens.
- Stays calm under pressure during startup and launch events.
- Takes ownership of problems and drives them to resolution.
