Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming (Schneider, AVEVA, Rockwell).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork DNA.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business growth plan with executives to drive growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and resources to deliver projects.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field staff.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Drive the team P&L monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Specify and configure hardware components and PLC/SCADA networks.
• Generate test procedures and forms.
• Meet with key clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Be a company ambassador upholding core values.
