Apex Systems is seeking an onsite Controller in Greensboro, NC for a 6-month contract. You will oversee accounting and financial operations, prepare statements and forecasts, and support leadership with strategic reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 7+ years in accounting, CPA preferred, and strong controls with ERP experience. This role requires attention to detail and process improvement abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience including month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• CPA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for one or more business units.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Provide financial reporting to leadership to support planning and decision-making.
• Manage GL, AP, AR, cash flow, and reconciliations.
