Senior Accounting and Business Controller

Our client, a newly formed subsidiary of a global corporation with operations in the Triad (central NC), is seeking a strong finance and accounting professional to serve as a contract Senior Accounting & Business Controller. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will help build financial processes and oversee day-to-day accounting operations including G/L, AR, AP, payroll, fixed assets. This role will lead Finance-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementation and ensure accurate financial reporting.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will hold a BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or related business field; 7+ years of finance and accounting experience; experience with and understanding of GAAP; as well as familiarity with systems such as Sage Intacct and SAP.
