Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform day-to-day financial transactions (AR/AP).
• Prepare journal entries (loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions).
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, sales tax, payroll taxes, 401(k).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
• Credit card management and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Consulting Controllers and CFOs.
