Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA is hiring a Controller to support community objectives by engaging with residents, families, staff and owners. The Controller will collect, analyze and consolidate financial information for operations and oversee billing, payroll, budget, Master Trust and annual audit.

This full-time, on-site position offers a compensation range of $120,000 to $125,000 with a 10% annual bonus potential and opportunities to lead the accounting team and implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of three years hands-on experience with G/L, A/P, A/R, Payroll, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Audit preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, cash flow and financial management.
• Collaborate with marketing on move-in financing and Master Trust administration.
• Oversee Resident Master Trust reconciliations and onsite repayments.
• Support monthly bank reconciliations and payroll approval processes.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and audit preparation.
• Provide leadership to accounting staff and staff training.
