Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA, is hiring a Dining Room Manager to lead front‑of‑house dining operations. You will oversee staffing, training, event coordination, safety, and resident service to ensure exemplary dining experiences.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $75,000 to $80,000 plus 10% annual bonus potential. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or long‑term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory front‑of‑house experience in hotel, restaurant or club.
• Long‑term care facility experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; hospitality courses from college/trade school preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with Residents, guests, families and staff.
• ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house operations, staffing, training and event coordination.
• Ensure safety, resident satisfaction and service delivery while maintaining appearance.
• Hire, train, coach and manage front‑of‑house staff and provide ongoing education.
• Schedule staff, manage labor budgets and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with leadership for standards, procedures and special events.
