Wisteria at Warner Center, a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening in Summer 2026, seeks a Lead Housekeeper to join the founding team. This onsite role in Woodland Hills, CA offers a competitive hourly rate and a strong benefits package designed to support well-being and career growth.

The Lead Housekeeper will supervise staff, ensure clean, sanitary environments, manage schedules, and partner with leadership to maintain resident relations and morale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year of supervisory lead experience in a retirement community, hotel or health care setting.
• Minimum of two years of previous housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and infection control procedures.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate with Residents.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides team leadership by helping others and supervising staff when the Manager is absent or requests this help.
• Drives department equipment to keep grounds clean.
• Monitors performance of housekeeping personnel through inspections and reporting concerns.
• Assists with scheduling of apartment cleaning and special projects.
• Communicates daily duty assignments to housekeeping personnel.
• Unlocks and locks resident units as needed.
• Keeps cleaning equipment in good repair and reports malfunctions.
• Performs duties of Housekeeper and Custodian; protects property and equipment.
• Assists with annual deep cleaning projects and unit turnovers.
