• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across engineering, technical, professional and executive roles.
• Source candidates using multiple channels and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen, interview, and extend offers; coordinate with hiring managers.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track metrics for leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
