Job summary

System One in Stonington, CT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month contract (contract-to-hire possible). This onsite role supports full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and recruit qualified talent.

You will build pipelines, manage requisitions, assist onboarding, and attend industry events. A strong background in engineering recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search is required, with a focus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing requisitions.
• Experience recruiting engineering professionals, with nuclear engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain pipelines of engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Experience recruiting in Nuclear, Power Generation, EPC, Utilities, Heavy Industrial, or Industrial Construction environments preferred.
• Strong passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and recruit qualified engineering talent.
• Build candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Track staffing plan processes and report data.
• Manage onboarding tasks from offer to first day with compliance.
• Attend job fairs and industry events.
• Update applicant tracking system with candidate information and interactions.
