Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (1–3 years).
• Strong technical skills with SAP Vistex, JDE, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python.
• Analytical/problem-solving abilities with ability to drive practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, customer-centric approach, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support distributor chargeback and sales trace processes from submissions to settlements.
• Analyze and resolve chargeback, price variance, contract membership, and related errors per policies.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, cross references, and GPO membership records.
• Perform customer and GPO member management activities per policy.
• Drive automation, standardization, governance, and best practices across Contract Operations.
• Leverage SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python and BOTs to streamline operations.
• Maintain training materials and process documentation for team effectiveness.
• Coordinate dispute information with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
