The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong technical skills across SAP Vistex, JDE, and data tools, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining data integrity. On-site position with a 12+ month duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 1–3 years in chargebacks, pricing, membership management, or contract operations.
• Strong technical skills with SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, ERP systems, reporting tools, and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate business drivers, identify root causes, and provide clear solutions.
• Strong communication, customer-centric, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills with adaptability to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of distributor chargeback and sales trace processes, including submissions, resubmissions, denial dispositions, disputes, settlements, and tracing errors.
• Analyze and resolve chargeback, price variance, contract membership, and central membership errors per OLAs, SLAs, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, cross references, GPO membership records, and alignment to support pricing accuracy and reduce financial risk.
• Perform customer and GPO member management activities, including eligibility audits, roster updates, migrations, and policy-based changes.
• Drive automation, process standardization, governance, and best practices across Contract Operations to improve efficiency, data integrity, and customer experience.
• Utilize SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, and BOTs to streamline operations.
• Maintain training materials, procedures, and documentation to support team effectiveness and continuity.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate dispute information and resolve discrepancies.
