Job summary

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support daily construction operations on a Phoenix site.

You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, manage schedules, and assist with project documentation to ensure timely, on-budget completion. The role requires strong leadership, site logistics planning, and clear communication with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise foreman and contract workers to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials and equipment; manage site logistics.
• Communicate between superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation; monitor milestones and deviations.
