Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years in construction with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, logistics, or construction material management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Supervise foremen and contract workers to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials and equipment; maintain records.
• Facilitate communication between superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations; monitor milestones and report deviations.
