Qualifications

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
• Manage daily site operations, including supervising subcontractors and construction crews.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure all site activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor the quality of work performed on site to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Facilitate effective communication between project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Provide regular updates on project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work progress, safety incidents, and deliveries.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, including any delays or issues encountered.
