TEPA Companies is seeking an onsite Superintendent for a Hot Springs, AR project. The role manages plans, subcontractors, and safety, ensuring daily inspections and timely progress. The candidate will coordinate inspections, meetings, and documentation across the project team.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years on construction sites, familiarity with government client expectations, and OSHA 30 certification. Per diem available for relocation, with a salary range of $100,000–$135,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience working with government entities and school districts.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within the last 5 years.
• First aid/CPR certification.
• Proficiency in ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications at site.
• Verify subcontractor submittals approved before work starts.
• Establish and maintain site safety program.
• Conduct daily inspections and monitor progress.
• Oversee subcontractor labor force and schedule inspections.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and coordinate punch lists.
• Ensure proper documentation and close-out paperwork.
