The Tepa Companies are seeking a Superintendent to oversee project execution, safety, and quality through preconstruction, construction, and close-out phases at a Hot Springs, AR site.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, approving submittals, maintaining safety, daily inspections, scheduling, meetings, and documentation control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience with government entities and school districts preferred.
• Experience on historical renovations preferred.
• Procedural knowledge of construction trades.
• ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within 5 years.
• First aid/CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews plans and specifications.
• Verifies subcontractor submittals are approved before work starts.
• Establishes and maintains the safety program.
• Conducts daily site inspections.
• Monitors daily task schedule and progress.
• Conducts weekly site meetings.
• Schedules and coordinates inspections and testing.
• Indoctrinates new employees and visitors on site safety.
• Maintains project documentation and correspondence with client/main office/subcontractor.
• Maintains daily/weekly logs and inspection sheets.
• Uploads logs and sheets to the electronic project file.
• Executes and monitors project safety plan.
• Schedules punch list work and close-out activities.
• Coordinates timely completion of as-builts.
• Reviews and hand-delivers close-out documents to Project Manager.
• Closes site files and organizes documentation by job number.
• Initiates and coordinates demobilization of equipment and personnel.

LOCATION: This position requires onsite presence at our project site in Hot Springs, AR. Per diem will be provided for those willing to travel or relocate from other locations and work onsite.

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Superintendent to be responsible for project execution, safety, and quality throughout preconstruction, construction, and close-out activities.

• Reviews plans and specifications
• Verifies that all subcontractor submittals are approved prior to start of work
• Establishes and maintains safety program
• Conducts daily inspections
• Monitors daily task schedule
• Conducts weekly meetings
• Schedules and coordinates inspections and testing
• Indoctrinates all new employees and visitors to the site
• Maintains all required documentation and correspondence between client/main office/subcontractor
• Maintains all daily/weekly logs and inspection sheets
• Uploads daily/weekly logs and inspection sheets to electronic project file
• Executes and monitors project safety plan
• Schedules and coordinates punch list work
• Coordinates the timely completion of as-builts
• Reviews and hand-delivers close-out documents to Project Manager
• Closes all site files, notes, and documentation
• Boxes and labels site files, notes, and documentation by job number, contract name, field file
• Initiates and coordinates demobilization of equipment and personnel

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
• 3+ years of relevant construction experience as a Superintendent
• Previous experience working with high demand clients such as government entities and school districts
• Previous experience working on historical renovations, preferred
• Procedural knowledge of construction trades
• Proficiency in ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office
• Completed OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within the last 5 years
• First aid/CPR certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen and back ground check in compliance with federal regulation
