Job summary

AJANTA CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee the Arkansas Lakes contract. You will manage technical performance, cost, schedule, safety, and quality across Ouachita, Greeson, and DeGray Lakes, including custodial and grounds maintenance, visitor center support, and associated facilities operations.

You will lead a diverse team, ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 and related standards, coordinate with government officials, and deliver timely status reports and corrective

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years experience performing management duties
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of contract performance with authority to execute plans and schedules
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with Contracting Officer, COR, and Government personnel
• Provide on-site supervision across multiple geographically dispersed sites
• Establish chain of command and designate contractor representative for absences
• Plan staffing and resources for custodial, mowing, landscaping, visitor center operations, waste and natural resource activities
• Develop and submit quarterly/annual maintenance plans, schedules, records, and reports
• Monitor contract execution, labor-hour utilization, cost and schedule performance, and report to leadership
• Ensure security, training, and compliance with government requirements
