Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent to lead onsite teams across multifamily projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion from start to finish.

The role requires 5+ years of onsite supervision, strong knowledge of building codes and ADA laws, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office. Plymouth, MN-based, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 5+ years of onsite supervision experience in multifamily residential construction.
• Knowledge of current building codes and ADA laws.
• Experience with site construction, precast, wood framing, MEP trades, and interior finishes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams across multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, and resource forecasting within budgetary constraints.
• Plan onsite construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress, prepare detailed reports for management and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and building codes; perform on-site QC.
