Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead onsite teams across multifamily projects from start to finish. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

You bring 5+ years of onsite supervision, knowledge of building codes/ADA, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office. The role is full-time in Plymouth, MN with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 5+ years of onsite supervision in multifamily residential construction preferred.
• Experience with site construction, MEP trades, and interior finishes is desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules and sequence.
• Forecast resources (manpower, equipment, materials) with budget considerations.
• Plan on-site construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for management and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building codes and regulations.
