Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Construction Safety Specialist to join the team on-site in Charlotte, NC for a 7-month engagement. You will ensure Health & Safety across active construction sites, serving as a liaison between Lease Provider and General Contractor, performing inspections, monitoring KPIs, and driving proactive safety culture.

Requires 5+ years in senior construction HSE, OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E; CSP/CHST preferred. Onsite, 40 hrs/week; pay range $77–$87.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in senior construction Health & Safety management.
• Experience in data center construction is strongly preferred.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification required.
• NFPA 70E training required.
• CSP or CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and identify High-Risk Activities with Lease Provider and contractor.
• Monitor safety KPIs and encourage proactive safety across site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Review RAMS and safe action plans; approve lifting plans.
• Report safety findings daily/weekly to site representatives.
• Maintain on-site presence and lead safety meetings with teams.
• Support safety initiatives and promote contractor safety participation.
