Job summary

Manpower GmbH & Co. KG in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join the EHS team onsite. You will support safety planning, coordinate with lease providers and general contractors, and monitor safety performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior construction Health & Safety roles, strong knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA 10/30, and CSP or CHST preferred. This temporary assignment offers a 40-hour week and a pay range of $78.66–$84.72 per hour with benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior construction Health & Safety role.
• Proven experience in construction safety management, preferably in data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of site Health & Safety planning.
• Support Lease Providers and General Contractors in identifying, planning, and managing High-Risk Activities (HRA).
• Track safety KPIs, trends, and project-wide compliance across construction phases.
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections, incident investigations, audits, and work planning.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team supporting construction project stakeholders, lease providers, general contractors, and site operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive construction safety expertise that will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
