CALTEC Corp. is seeking a Safety Officer to monitor job-site activities and promote employee compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations in Irvine, California.

You will conduct training, perform inspections, develop internal safety policies, review incidents, and lead safety initiatives across sites. A Bachelor’s in Health and Safety and a certified safety professional designation are required, with travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
• Conducts employee training on applicable safety standards.
• Reviews safety training and recommends revisions and updates.
• Conducts safety inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspects safety equipment and recommends replacements.
• Drafts and implements internal safety standards and policies.
• Reviews accidents and incidents reported by employees and visitors.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
