Job summary

Pulice Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced safety professional to oversee on-site safety programs, inspections and compliance across active construction sites.

You will document hazards, train crews, and support emergency response with a focus on reducing incidents and ensuring regulatory adherence. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Organizational Health & Safety (or related field) and 7+ years of construction safety experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• 7+ years construction or safety experience required.
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to identify onsite safety risks and mitigate them.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document and resolve onsite safety risks during daily site walks.
• Advise management on interpretation and implementation of safety regulations.
• Evaluate and identify safety equipment needs for projects and ensure availability.
• Assist in investigations and reporting of accidents and incidents.
• Develop and distribute worksite safety and evacuation plans for onsite personnel.
• Provide first aid and emergency services to onsite injuries and ensure proper documentation.
