Job summary

Structura is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee construction activities at commercial and institutional sites. The role requires coordinating schedules, directing field personnel, and ensuring work aligns with plans, budgets, and quality standards.

The candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in standard construction software and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction means and methods for renovation and construction of commercial/institutional buildings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Email, and other construction industry software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
• Organizes and directs all self-perform work on site.
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
