Job summary

Structor Construction, LLC is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to work under a Superintendent, taking ownership of assigned scopes and phases while building toward full site authority. This is a development role by design: you'll run real work and be held to real standards, with direct mentorship and progressively larger scope.

This position is onsite at our Frisco, TX facility. You will assist daily activities, coordinate deliveries, conduct safety inspections, and support field operations to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction field experience, including lead or foreman time.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and details.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily activity for assigned trades, areas, or phases.
• Complete daily logs, field reports, and superintendent deliverables.
• Conduct safety inspections and stop work that doesn’t meet standard.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document deficiencies.
• Coordinate deliveries, laydown, hoisting, and site logistics.
• Lead daily huddles for crews and trade partners.
• Track and report schedule progress to catch impacts early.
