Job summary

Structura in Austin, TX, seeks a Commercial General Contractor Construction Project Superintendent to manage and control assigned projects, overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, and quality. You will work with Senior Superintendent, Assistant PM, and PM to lead the project team on commercial projects.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication in English, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction means and methods for commercial/institutional buildings.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and construction software.
• Must have Commercial Construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary.
• Organizes and directs all self-perform work on site.
• Directs field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship.
