Structura is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensure safety, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Qualifications

Demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods for renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and related site work.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, Email and other software used in the construction industry.
The ability to effectively communicate both in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe job site.
Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
Oversee, manage, mentor project superintendents.
Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
Directs all field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship.
