Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead capital projects in the Houston area. You will oversee design, construction, implementation, and closeout phases, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction and project management experience, with strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience in construction.
• Experience leading new construction, renovations, and MEP infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules within plans and budgets.
• Oversee capital projects from planning through closeout and commissioning.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver milestones.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and supporting project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and monitor financial performance and risks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual obligations are met throughout.
