Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary MEP teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and QC practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive project performance to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with client representatives, design consultants, and trade partners; assist with budget estimates.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and performance tracking.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and contract modifications.
• Engage in business development with potential clients and developers.
• Promote transparent, solution-oriented communication and issue resolution.
