Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to coordinate, monitor, and perform construction activities, ensuring high-quality service and positive customer experiences.

You will manage day-to-day construction tasks, communicate with customers, subcontractors, and team members, and maintain project quality and timelines. This role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to drive on-site activities, with travel as needed and a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills including arithmetic.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with the customer.
• Secure a Completion of Completion and Satisfaction with the customer.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide daily project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope requirements.
• Document all project activities in the job file (WC 2.0).
• Execute change orders as needed.
• Set expectations per project and maintain quality through site inspections.
• Evaluate vendors and subcontractors and rate performance.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Ensure materials meet purchased specifications.
• Verify subcontractors complete work per purchase orders.
• Monitor schedule and progress.
• Identify areas outside contracted scope.
• Understand and execute all roles of a Construction Coordinator.
