Job summary

Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, is seeking a Field Representative to manage on-site construction projects and support the Facilities and Operations Services team at the Aulani Resort in Hawaii.

The role combines field supervision with project management, requiring strong construction knowledge, contractor coordination, and the ability to move between site oversight and full project delivery responsibilities. This is a full-time salary position onsite in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5–7 years of construction supervision on commercial projects $100K–$5M+.
• Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and contracts; understanding of sequencing and methods; OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative for construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to contract scope, schedule and safety standards.
• Maintain on-site presence to document operations, progress and field conditions.
• Support PM duties on smaller projects or assist Project Manager on larger programs.
