Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii seeks a Program Field Manager (Aulani) to oversee field construction, coordinate contractors, and support the Facilities and Operations Services team on site.

This full-time, on-site role blends hands-on field oversight with project management and requires strong construction knowledge, contractor coordination, and the ability to manage schedule, safety, and budgets across diverse resort projects.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Understand construction sequencing, means and methods, and trade coordination.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction safety standards and hazard recognition.
• 5–7 years of construction supervision on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative for assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to contract scope, schedule and safety standards.
• Maintain site presence to document daily operations, progress and field conditions.
• Support procurement during contractor prequalification and bid evaluation.
• Coordinate with operations teams to schedule utility shutdowns and site access.
