Responsibilities

• Plan utilization of space and facilities to meet efficiency goals.
• Lead all phases of equipment and facilities projects from design concepts to implementation.
• Define project requirements, negotiate contracts, and establish budgets and terms.
• Serve as primary contact for facilities, and equipment maintenance and project activities.
• Set milestones and monitor master plans, budgets and schedules.
• Identify problems and allocate resources or adjust project scope.
• Coordinate work of assigned team members as needed.
