Job summary

Hire Consulting Services seeks a Project Manager – Construction in New York, NY (on-site) to lead construction projects from conception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts while ensuring safety and compliance, interfacing with architecture, engineering and operations teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in construction, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam, and a solid grasp of plans/specs, insurance, and MEPS.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of field PM experience with a construction firm.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs and derive scope.
• Ensure project insurance compliance and risk management.
• Readiness to coordinate with architects, contractors, and subs.
• Knowledge of MEPS, zoning/entitlements in the jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management from design through completion.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and track expenses and change orders.
• Process contracts, RFIs, submittals, and payment requisitions.
• Coordinate stakeholders including PM, asset mgmt, and leasing teams.
• Monitor progress and prepare client-facing deliverables.
