Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction or related services.
• AS or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 Schedule and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to shift communication styles based on audience and provide solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time onsite representation for the CAA ICON project team.
• Report directly to the Project Director and work with the Project Director and Project Executive.
• Manage onsite activities of assigned contracts (Environmental, Geotechnical, Survey, Construction Materials Testing).
• Provide onsite monitoring of the project schedule and progress.
• Review and coordinate RFIs and submittals; monitor material deliveries and schedule.
• Attend project meetings (Design Coordination, RFI Review, Submittal Review, Pre-Construction, Subcontractor Coordination, OAC).
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and operation/maintenance manuals.
